The house offering single occupancy in a double room, non smoking, is located very close to town and a range of local amenities. The room itself has been recently refurbished and has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, mirror, with new carpet, curtains and bedding. There is a patio area out back for nice chilled summer evenings. Residents parking permits are available for a small fee from Yarmouth Council. Viewing is advised to appreciate the quality of the accommodation available.

All bills are included (gas/electricity/water/council tax), as well as broadband, and laundry facilities. There is a modern kitchen with shared facilities, as well as a separate dining area.

The house is in a quiet residential street near to St Georges Park- just a short stroll away, and very close to the seafront- just a few minutes walk. A 5 minute walk takes you into town and to the bus station.

About us: We are professionals, and our house is homely and sociable, yet also quiet during the night hours, and clean/tidy. I am a part time live in Landlord, and am a fully accredited member of the National Landlords Association. Deposit required, but no extra hidden or admin charges.
