Double Room with Private Bathroom in Heacham

I live in a 3-bed Victorian home in Heacham. The double room has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, cabinet, chair and rails for hanging clothes. Other wardrobe space is available. There is private use of the shower room and WC next door to the room. I'm within close walking distance of all local shops, facilities, pubs and the beach. The house is in a quiet area and has very secure off-road parking. Within a few minutes walk there are bus stops with a very regular service into King's Lynn, Hunstanton and along the coast. I have a cat and so I can't accept other pets. I do smoke but only outside. The rental includes all bills.
