Double room in friendly home

We have a furnished double room in our home. It is not en-suite but there are two bathrooms in the house so generally there aren't any fights for the shower in the mornings!

The room is a good size double with unlimited wifi broadband.
Washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room and we have a lovely big bathroom. Parking is available and we have a garage for anything that needs storing. The garden is a lovely size and perfect for a few summer drinks.

The house is a 10 minute drive to the city and 15 minutes from the UEA. It has good bus routes on the doorstep. It is within walking distance of the airport and Hellesdon Hospital (but without the airport noise) Ideal for airport workers.

The other half and I live in the house and we have a couple of hounds. It is important to us that whoever moves in likes dogs.

We both work shifts so we are in and out a lot of the time. We both like to get out of the house (dog walks/gym/cinema/meals out) but also enjoy sitting watching rubbish on the telly in the evening when we're home together. We are pretty relaxed in general and we are looking for someone similar.

All bills are included except food and phone.

Female housemate would be preferred but not essential.

We had filled the room but due to a change in family circumstances, our current housemate has to move out. Therefore the room has become available again. If you have any questions please get in touch.
