A large comfortable furnished suite comprising king sized bedroom/ sitting room, adjacent dining/ kitchen area, with equipment including microwave and fridge freezer and private bathroom is available in our family home.

It is in a quiet rural location north of the city, with the park and ride and NDR only 5 minutes away and 15 minutes from the city. We have a large garden and plenty of parking .

The house has modern internet facilities along with old world charm .If you are seeking a refuge from the bustle of work this is for you. We are a non-smoking family , with the usual noise and activities of family life. We have two dogs and a number of cats (3) all of whom have their own space and so would not occupy yours.

Utilities are included in the rent*, laundry facilities are also included, with both a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use, in the main house.
