Double room available from the 21st of May until the 19th of September. It comes fully furnished, rent will be £500 per month and deposit £300. The house is a 10-minute walk from the centre and 15-minute walk to the train station.
You would be living with the landlord (usually at the house only on weekends as he works in London) and one other female tenant. The bathroom is shared with the female tenant so ideally looking for another female to occupy the room.
