House mate need, 10 min walk from city.

I am looking for a housemate in my rented 2 bedroom house.
I am a 25 yo who currently works in a garden centre and i have a cat called Walter (v. friendly). I have a girlfriend who comes by time and again. I smoke but not in the house.
I live a short walk from the city centre in the south of the city. The room available is a fairly descent size, it is furnished with a double bed and a desk. The rest of the house is shared.
one kitchen, one bathroom, two toilets, living room, one tiny (spare) room, garden, shed, empty carport.
Anyone is welcome as long as they are friendly and can pay the rent!
ideally i'd like someone who loves cooking as i do.
