I have a room to let in my 2 bedroom cottage in Long Stratton. As well as the bedroom, the lodger will also be able to use the kitchen, bathroom and dining room as well as laundry facilities.
I have a rescue dog and ask that the lodger does not interact with the dog.
The person should be responsible, clean and tidy and pay their rent on time. No pets. Preferably a non smoker.
