Bright Sunny Furnished Double Room in a quiet area

I have a double room available in a new 3 bedroom house in the village of Mulbarton which is approx 6 miles from Norwich City Centre.
The room is furnished, although not ensuite the bathroom is right next door, and I have the usual things you would expect, washing machine, wi-fi broadband etc.
I currently live on my own with my cat and am a nurse so regularly work long hours. I am 57, very easy going and have a good sense of humour. There is parking available just outside the house. If needed to view prior please contact me to arrange.
