Double room with ensuite, cleaner & bills inc.

We have a double room available for a Mon-Fri let in a large 3 storey property on a quiet, new estate in Mulbarton, a pretty village on the outskirts of Norwich. 15 minutes drive from the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and the UEA, with a regular bus link and park and ride into the city centre.
The room is light and comfortable with a kingsized bed, a large built in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower. You are welcome to use the open plan kitchen/conservatory and either of the two living rooms. We have a weekly cleaner and parking outside, along with a pleasant garden and patio.
The room includes all bills (excluding phone) broadband and use of all amenities, washing machine etc.
The room is in a family home. During the week there will just be Lucy and her two boys here (6 and 3 years).
We are looking for a professional person who would like a friendly place to stay during the week.
