Beautiful rural annex

The fully furnished annex is situated amongst meadows one mile to the north of the A47. There is one large double bedroom overlooking the vegetable garden and onto a meadow. The large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is very light having windows on both sides.. to the South overlooking the yard and to the north looking out over a meadow. There is a wet room in-between the two rooms. The utility room is shared. There is an extra charge of £200 to cover all bills. The annex would suit a very quiet single or couple. There is parking space to the front of the house. I live in the adjoining house. For a let shorter than 3months please ask for the price. I will ask for a deposit of a months money and one month in advance.
