The annex is in a beautiful rural setting surrounded by meadows. It is fully furnished with use of a shared washing machine. It has a large living/dining/kitchen area with a wood burning stove (and storage heaters for the winter). The living room looks onto a shared courtyard in one direction and through a wood in the other. The large double bedroom looks across a vegetable garden and onto a meadow. there is a large wet room with facilities for the disabled. The total monthly rent include an amount to cover all bills. There is parking for one car on the drive and plenty of space on the verge for others. The annex is situated about a mile from the A47 so driving to Norwich is easy. The annex is suitable for a single person or a quiet couple. Sorry but it is no smoking and no pets.
