ALL bills included. It is a 4 bed house (only 3 are let) very nice, warm and comfy with lovely and professional housemates.

The housemates are postgraduate researchers whom love board games, movies, BBQs, reading and long walks. They would like to find someone nice, tidy, sociable and considerate.

The house is very close to town and fully furnished with shared large kitchen/diner, living room (+TV, DVD), bathrooms and garden with BBQ.

All bills (including council taxes) and WIFI internet access are included. One month deposit required. Minimum term 3 months.

Appeals to professionals and mature postgraduate students. References required. No undergraduate students.
