Quiet, clean 3-bed hall entrance Victorian terrace in cul-de-sac. Aesthetically pleasing interior and tastefully furnished rooms with double beds and very comfortable medium/firm orthopaedic mattress.

5 mins walk to local Unthank Rd shops and cafes, and prize winning artisan bakery (amazing pastries!). 7 mins walk to city centre. 10 mins walk to bus station.

All mod cons, including dishwasher and washing machine. Enclosed rear garden. I don’t watch TV, so if you do you would need to buy your own TV licence.

£480 per room, bills included, including broadband (but not landline) plus fortnightly cleaner.

Would suit friendly, mindful, independent, non-smoking, eco-friendly person working FT regular hours.

I’m pretty outgoing and value company, and also like my own space. I’m planning a sabbatical, which will involve being away much of the time from mid-January.
