The bedroom is fully furnished with a fitted wardrobe and has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

There is also an additional bathroom with toilet and sink.

The location offers good access to the UEA, Norwich Research Park, Norfolk and Norwich University hospital. It is a 15 minute drive/30 minute bus ride to the city centre.

There a driveway with parking for two cars and street parking with no permits required. The house is located near to a bus route and 10 minutes walk from a supermarket, pub, doctor’s surgery and pharmacy.
