Large en-suite available for short let

SHORT TERM LETS ONLY

Victorian house with small sunny south facing courtyard garden on quiet street. Just 15 minutes walk to city centre and 6 minutes to station.

Large en suite for single use will become available from the 16th July. Also to become available on the 20th July is a large room facing courtyard. This room would share a bathroom with one other (female)

The kitchen has all the mod cons and a dining room gives on to the courtyard. Courtyard is south west facing and if you want a smoke you can sit out there in the sun - or rain. House is non-smoking. I'm easy going but always clean up after myself in the communal areas. Am looking for someone who'll do the same. Suitable short term let for male/female over 25 years. Bed linen and towels included and supplied weekly.

Rental of en-suite:
£150 per week or £32 per night if staying for less than 2 weeks.

Rental of large room:
£120 per week or £28 per night if staying for less than 2 weeks.

Parts of weeks will be charged at nightly rate.
