I am looking for someone (single occupancy) to take over my contract and move in to my room. The location is really good. 2 mins walk to Tesco, 5 mins walk to bus stop to city and 8 mins walk to UEA. It is a ground floor double bedroom in a 5-bedroom house with double bed, reading table, wardrobe and cabinets. Shared toilet and showers in the ground floor which is shared by one other room. The contract is up until end of August 2024. Permit parking is available.
The flat mates are British and south Indian and very friendly. Bills are shared and approx. £33 per month per person currently. Students as well as professionals can stay. Rents £460 pcm and security deposit £500.
