Lovely spacious room within a 25 min walk from UEA

Hello there!

We are 3 girls studying at UEA looking for someone to fill our 4th room. We study English literature, Creative writing and Psychology. We need a student to fill the room (therefore no council tax will be asked for). Bills are included through Unihomes.

The house has one bathroom, a nice kitchen, a living room and a dining room with a pretty garden too. There is street parking, the property comes with 2 permits.

Fabulous location next to a bus stop for access all around Norwich. Walking distance to UEA and Norwich University of the Arts, as well as very close to the city centre and therefore the train station.

Very close to shops including Co-op and near larger stores like Aldi. It is very near Heigham Park and plenty of coffee shops, even the cat cafe!
