Room for professionals available, UEA, Norwich

My circumstances have changed and I have to move back to Malaysia. So, I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy ASAP.

Rent
The rent is £400 bills excluded. The bills including electricity, gas and water, council tax, range between £60 to £75 a month. The landlord pays for the wifi. The deposit is 5 weeks rent which is £500 to secure the room.

Availability
The room is available from 13 May 2024 and the lease ends 31 August 2024. The landlord is happy to extend the tenancy for another year, if you want. You will be living with 3 professionals. They’re very friendly and welcoming.

Location
It is 10 mins walk away from UEA, with exceptional bus routes. It is less than a 7 minute walk to the 25/26/26A bus line. 30 mins walk to Norwich city centre, 26 mins by bus.

The House
The house has 4 beds, 1 bathroom. The kitchen has a gas stove and electric oven. There is also a washer and dryer.
