Room available in shared house. Live out landlords who are very responsible and keep the place in very good repair. Landlady comes every week to clean the kitchen and bathrooms. She also provides all cleaning equipment and loo rolls!

The house is in a great location. It's 15 mins walk from the city centre and 5 mins from the train station and riverside. Easy to get on public transport or easy to get on routes out of the city.

The room is fully furnished with its own sink. It's been recently painted and has own tv point. House is warm and there is broadband available. Other housemates are very quiet and private.
