We are a mixed group of professionals between the ages 25-29, who have THREE rooms available to rent (1 single, 2 doubles) in our 6 bedroom shared house for rent. The household is very social and quite sporty.

The house benefits from a full fitted kitchen and a range of appliances including a dishwasher and tumble-dryer. The lounge is spacious and leads onto a conservatory.

We are very close the Five-Ways Tesco’s, and within a few minutes walk from local bus routes and the UEA.

The drive has space for two cars. There is plenty of additional parking available on the grass verges.
