We have double en suite room situated on the first floor of a modern 4 bedroom townhouse in the City Centre/edge of the golden triangle.

The house is located on Fellowes Plain off of Newmarket road / Brunswick road. It is a very secure and quiet area as there is no through road except for pedestrians. But it is a really quick walk or cycle into the city centre being only 5/10 minutes from the bus station or Chapelfield Mall. It is also easy to get out of Norwich as it is close to Newmarket road and many bus routes close by.
Close by is a corner shop, bakery, post office and many great pubs! Unthank road is just a short walk away and a this is a very sought after part of the city to live.

The room gets all the sun in the morning, and as its a modern house is clean, cozy and secure. The built in wardrobe is very deep and has loads of storage space.

The room is partly furnished as shown in the pictures, but furniture can be removed if not needed. A double bed is also included.

The house has just had a brand new boiler and dishwasher fitted as well as having a microwave, washing machine, oven and fridge freezer. It also has WiFi and a TV.

This is a no smoking house.

We are after a new housemate, ideally someone who is social and friendly but also respectful and clean!

There is a garage to store bikes etc.

We have a decent sized kitchen, a lounge with leather sofas and eating area, downstairs loo and and bathroom/shower.

The house is great and we literally are 5 mins walk from the city, and still inside the golden triangle.

The room is £510 but that includes all bills!

Couples are welcome at an increased bill cost and small markup on the rent.
