Double Room and Private Living room Available

I've currently got for rent a double room in a large house, complete with own private lounge, although both these rooms are empty so you'd need your own furniture. Shared kitchen and bathroom (although there are two toilets but just one bath/shower), large garden, plenty of road side parking. Rent including bills is £450 and deposit £450. Within walking distance to city centre and also has a bus route close by.

If i'm not out rollerskating, playing darts, playing the spoons, doing photography or generally socialising, i'll be inside reading comics, watching comedy or movies or dancing around badly to various music but I wouldn't have it loud and subject you to it.

Be nice to have someone who has similar interests but this isn't a requirement. I just wouldn't want house parties (unless we'd both agreed on this and I do love BBQ's) or loud music at crazy hours.
