I have a furnished, double room available in my 1st floor 2 bed flat. The room is a large double, light airy and recently decorated. The property benefits from a large, private garden and is a 10 minute walk from the city centre and has a great range of shops and other amenities close by. The road is a quiet cul de sac in a desirable location.
The proprty has wireless broadband and cable tv is provided in the room both of which are included in the rent.
There is a good size living room, kitchen with washing machine, gas central heating. The flat is in good decorative order and clean and tidy.
I'm a professional working fairly long hours and am looking for someone who would be reasonably quiet during the week and someone who is clean and tidy.
I would prefer to share with a female going on previous experience, the room is available immediately.

The property is an art deco flat and very unusual, it really needs to be seen to appreciate how nice it is. Permit parking is available at a very reasonable rate and there are always spaces in the road which is quite unusual in the city centre.
I have a cat living at the property so unfortunately cannot have anyone with pets, she is very well behaved and no bother to anyone but I do need someone who doesn't mind cats. I am an occasional smoker but try not to smoke in the flat so the property doesn't smell of cigarette smoke.
