Double Room In Riverside Duplex Flat, NR1, £410

Due to the departure of Flatmate Kerry at the end of June, we are looking for a fun, laid-back professional to take her room.

On Offer:
* Double room
* Spacious shared living/dining area/kitchen
* Great NR1 Riverside location, a 2 minute walk from Wetherspoons/Nando's/Odeon (yes, even in heels!)
* Bathroom shared with 1 other
* All for around £410 per month, including most bills & broadband (can be a bit more for the electric every now & then)

You Must:
* Have a sense of humour
* Not be a recluse - we want someone who will join in and socialise, not just live in their room!
* Ideally be a professional, 22-30 (ish, we can be flexible if you're awesome), clean & tidy

We:
* are 2 female professionals
* enjoy going out, drinking cocktails, eating; usually Nandos (!), occasionally going to the gym etc

Basically we think we have an awesome pad, at a great price so its as much about us wanting you as it is you liking the place!
