Young working professional seeks another working professional to share three-bed terrace. £450 pcm all in.

The room is a single. Small double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and bedside table all provided. (There is also a third bedroom with bed and desk, which could be used for working / extra space etc).

15 mins walk from the train station (and town), corner shops within walking distance, on-street parking.

I am a hard-working, friendly and cheerful personality. Looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate; the house and furnishings are family owned.

I work full time, but my interests outside work generally relate to music - I sing and play clarinet in a military band. I also enjoy cooking, running, touch rugby (which i have just started) and a nice cup of tea and a chat.
