Room for rent in lovely 2 bed house with garden.

One good sized double room for rent. Ideally long term but willing to have a 3 month minimum if preferred.
I work away often so need to find someone who is ok with looking after the house occasionally and happy to be 'home alone'
I am a very easy going person, work in the arts and enjoy socialising but also like my own space.
The house is centrally located and near the fantastic Fat Cat pub (if such things are of interest) and is just a short 10 minute walk into centre of town.
It has a lovely little garden which is great in sunnier months.
Free parking on street also.
Standard sized double room. Ideal if tenant has own bed, as one here is not in great condition. Simple furnishings in room, desk, chest of drawers etc.
