The room is a large, fully furnished double bedroom. The house has a large hallway, bathroom is off the landing and downstairs has a both a living room and a dining room.
You can apply for a parking permit from the council from £18 a year. The house is perfectly situated for city life, it's a 7min walk to Chapelfield and a 10min walk to the train station with easy access to the A11 and A140.
Although I have stated no pets, this could be discussed for the right person and type of pet!
My job means I work long hours but I enjoy socialising whenever I can. I'm looking for a like-minded housemate who is tidy, quiet, fairly chilled but would be happy to share a glass of wine and a catch up. It's a home, not a house.
