Luxury Furnished Double -NR1- own bathroom

(For anyone who had made previous enquiries my room has now become available again due to the first housemate falling through. Updated 17/4)

Female lodger wanted for Norwich City Centre home. Living with live-in landlord only. The house is around 15 minutes walk to the city and close to the A47, train station and on the south side of the city. It is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac.

This large double room is available either furnished or unfurnished, for single occupancy only. I can provide double bed, mattress, bed side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a large built in cupboard in the room. The lodger will have sole use of the downstairs bathroom which includes shower over bath. They will also have shared use of living room, kitchen (including white goods) and dining room. The house has broadband and on-street parking is available.

I am looking for someone to share my home with, preferably someone who wouldn't mind sharing a cup of tea every now and then, or a glass of wine, but also I am very respectful of personal space. I'm 27 years old and work full-time in a professional capacity in the city center. I do share my home with my cat, so the lodger must be comfortable with pets (and preferably happy to give her the occasional stroke!)

I am looking for someone who would be a tidy and responsible tenant. They will be preferably of similar age to myself, in their 20's or 30's.

Rent includes all bills (based upon reasonable usage).

I am looking for someone to move in from 1/5/14, though can be flexible on this if required.
