Per person, the rent is £295 a month for a years contract. However, the landlord requests this be paid over a ten month period (therefore, last two months payment free)
Household bills (Gas, Electricity, Internet etc) are not included, therefore will be split equally amongst the four housemates.
We are three friendly girls who love the house! We enjoy going out but are also hard working and are looking for someone similar to take the room.
