Spacious double room for rent in big, detached, off-road house on Hall Rd. Looking for friendly, conscientious, non-smoking housemate.

Large kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and separate toilet, sunny back yard ideal for BBQs, garage for bikes and storage, wireless Broadband & TV package, spare room for guests. Plenty of off-road parking in driveway behind house.

10-15 mins walk to Norwich city centre / 10 mins to bus station / 5 mins to County Hall. 10 mins cycle to train station. Close to Co-op and good local pubs, the Kings Arms / Trafford.

The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, small table/desk and bookcase. There is shared cooking equipment available, or bring your own.

£435 per month including all bills. This includes a cleaner for the communal areas, although we obviously do need to clean up after ourselves in between.

Also available for part-week rental (e. g. Monday-Friday).
