I am offering up my single room for rent over the summer months as my course at UEA finishes at the end of April.
This let is ideal for anyone who may be inbetween housing contracts or is a student over the summer months. (Please note you will have to be out of the house by 15th August.)
I am still the tenant but my property agency have agreed that I can sublet my room as I will not be using it.
Located a two minute walk away from the 25 bus route, so ideal for any student. Also a ten minute bus ride into Norwich city centre.
Ideally I would need the total monies up front, however there is no security deposit needed. It will be £250 per month, or £62. 50 per week, however this is negotiable.
