The rent for Single room is either £270. 00 per week + bills or £320. 00 including all bills. It has been a student let for the past 5 years and all who have stayed at the flat have enjoyed staying there as it is quite and peaceful. Good for studying :)
There is a fully fitted kitched, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Bills included are Gas, Electricity, Water services and Broadband.
