The bedroom is on the ground floor. The bathroom is upstairs.

The house is close to bus routes to city centre and has good access to main roads.

The house is double glazed and has gas central heating.

The rooms are available furnished with bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe facilities. Each room is for single occupancy only. No couples, sorry.

The kitchen / dining room is large with ample storage space, table and chairs, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and there is a separate utility room with large sink and washing machine.

The bathroom is upstairs and has an electric shower over the bath. The WC is separate.

There is no shared lounge.

Council Tax and water rates are included in the rent, as is broadband via upgraded Virgin cable. Gas and electricity are provided by pre payment meters and the tenants share the cost.

No smoking inside the house. The ideal tenant will be someone who clears up after themselves, contributes equitably towards gas and electricity and does a fair share of cleaning communal areas

There are gardens front and rear and on road parking.

There is washing line in the back garden. The lawns are mowed by a gardener.

There are sheds to store bicycles
