Hi, I'm Simon. I have a double room available to rent from the 1st September. It's a large Victorian south-facing terrace on Bakers Rd, with a well kept grassy area and the old city wall opposite. It's a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre with parking available on the road, which is a cul-de-sac. I'm looking for a sociable, easygoing housemate. I work Monday to Friday 9 to 5. The house is spacious with a lounge, dining room, kitchen and shared bathroom downstairs, and 2 double bedrooms upstairs.
