"I am delighted to write this testimonial for this house and the landlords who are possible the best landlord’s I’ve ever had. fantastic and one of the most well-kept and modern houses I’ve ever lived in - it felt like true luxury coming straight from student accommodation! It is so close to shops and all of the main routes in and out of the city, while being quiet in the evenings and weekends. While living with five other housemates you never feel on top of each other as the main areas of the house are extremely spacious, with the huge conservatory and garden being real highlights. It is an ideal house for either down time or socialising. In my 20 months of living here, problems or breakdowns have been scarce and anything that does need to be fixed or amended is sorted out immediately with a short phone call to the landlords who are always glad to here from you and are very approachable. I can safely say I have never had such professional yet friendly landlords, and will probably never have the opportunity to live in such a nice house again - it really is value for money. If it wasn’t for a change in my own situation, I’d be staying for a lot longer!"
