Double Room available NR3 area from end of Aug

Hi,

My current housemate is moving, so I will have a large double room available in a 2 bed house at the end of August. It’s close to some good pubs (Whalebone & Fat Cat Brewery Tap), only 15-20 minute walk away from the city centre and on a main bus route.

You be sharing with me, and we’d be renting from a private landlord who is very quick to resolve any issues that may arise with the property. The shared space consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and garden. I’ve furnished most of the shared spaces, and you’d be more than welcome to use anything and/or bring your own furnishings.

The monthly amount of £375 includes Rent, Council Tax, Water, TV Licence and a TV & Broadband package. Gas & Electricity is paid quarterly.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and have had no issues with neighbours, the area etc. A little about me – I’m a Process Improvement Analyst working for a reinsurance company in the city centre. I’m quite easy going, enjoy cooking, keeping fit and a cheeky pint at the Fat Cat!
