Room 1 - Second Floor Large Double Bedroom with shared access to the 'Jack and Jill' Shower room shared only with the occupier of room 2 - All inclusive rent - £500pcm

Room 2 - Second Floor Large Double Bedroom with shared access to the 'Jack and Jill' Shower room shared only with the occupier of room 1 - All inclusive rent - £500pcm

Room 3 - First Floor Large Double Ensuite - £520pcm

Room 4 - First Floor Single Bedroom - with access to first floor bath/shower room shared with the occupier of room 5 only - £410pcm

Room 5 - First Floor Single Bedroom - with access to first floor bath/shower room shared with the occupier of room 4 only. Private access to balcony - £410pcm

There is an additional WC on the ground floor.

Large Kitchen / Diner with ample storage, fridge/freezers, microwave, toaster and kettle - Dining Table and chairs, wall mounted flat screen TV - French doors to lovely garden with seating.

To secure a room we would require a holding bond of no more than 1 weeks rent which would be refunded on the first rental payment should you proceed.

A £400 damage deposit would be required at the start of the tenancy. Each student must be able to provide a guarantor.
