Double Room in Central Location **Bills Included**

The house is a 5 minute walk to the city centre and right behind Anglia Square. It would be a very good location for anybody who works in or near the city or attends the art school.

The double bedroom available is a good size and is furnished with a double bed, draws, clothes rail, desk and mirror. I cannot put photos up at this time as it is currently occupied but you are more than welcome to arrange a visit to have a look around the room and house.

The kitchen, living area and bathroom are shared and there is also a small garden area which is a nice sun-trap. All bills including council tax and broadband are included in the rent, although we do not have a TV, so have no current licensing in place.

We are a fun and friendly household. Both of us are ex-art students, now working full time. We do not mind a student or working housemate, although we ask for a respectful attitude to the fact we have to get up in the morning! There is also a downstairs occupied bedroom that is next to the living area, but so far this hasn't proved a problem.

One housemate smokes roll-ups, mostly outside but occasionally inside, but as long as the room is well ventilated it seems to be ok. We want to be respectful to those who don’t smoke and we also don’t want a smelly house!
