Hi!
From the 15th of September I am renting a typical terraced house off Earlham Road in NR2 and I am looking for a housemate to share the place.
The place is withing walking distance to the city centre (5 min. to St. Benedict's Street).
The House:
The place has double-glazed windows and is in a good condition. Gas heating, electrical shower and cooker. White goods available. This place is privately let, so there are no agency fees involved. References are required.
The Terms:
Either a fair share, or we agree on a fixed rent. I am fine with both.
About You:
You should be a sociable, friendly person and have a tendency to be clean and tidy.
About Me:
I'd describe myself as a sociable person. My interests are actively doing sport (less watching - currently Volleyball and Climbing), socializing (watching movies, cooking, outdoor activities, listening to music, nightlife) - and of course I am interested in computers - as I am a professional software developer.
Furniture:
I am going to furnish this place before moving in. However, if you want to bring your own let me know - or suggestions for picking the house furniture are also welcomed!
