1 room available now to rent. Looking for tenant ideally for six months atleast. £220pcm excl. bills which are shared by the tenants. Bills roughly £50 pcm (gas, water, electricity and internet). Deposit is 1 months rent.

I'm Varun Dravid and I am currently a doctor. I am advertising 1 single room for rent.

I have 3 housemates currently in a 4 bedroom house. One is a PhD student and two are working pharmacists.
