Beatrice Road is situated in the Thorpe Hamlet area of Norwich and is 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 10 - 15 minutes walk to the city centre.
There is a great local pub round the corner and a fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway at the end of our road. The house is a hall entranced, mid terrace with shared living room/dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
The room for rent has a kingsized bed, bedside cabinet, built in double wardrobe and an armchair and there's room for more furniture. The room dimensions are 14ft by 11ft.
We are busy at work during the week but like to go out socialising at the weekend.
We are looking for someone to share our home. We are both working but have both recently graduated from university so happy to share with a student or professional person.
