1 double bed available in Golden Triangle

Hi there! I'm looking for a student to rent a large double room in a house in the Golden Triangle. There are 3 other housemates, all very friendly, and the room itself is very nice- I'd stay here, but I'll be moving in with my partner at the beginning of next year.

The room is fully furnished, and has been recently redecorated with new paint and new carpet. The house is very comfortable, with large fridge, washer-dryer and a safe bike shed. It's in a great location just off the desirable Unthank Road, ridiculously close to a co-op, bakery, butcher, cash machine, hairdresser, a pharmacy and several fish and chips, to name just a few!

The current housemates are tidy and easy-going, and we love live music and pubs almost as much as staying in and watching films/playing games.

There is one master's student studying Museum Studies, one third-year bio student, and one doing her year-in-industry with environmental science.

We are ideally looking for a chilled atmosphere with female housemates, although we're happy to live with males as well. New tenant must be a student, though we're open to someone from either uni. :)
