Hi there.
I have a double and a single room coming up in January to let in a recently done up house. Looking for clean, tidy and respectable lodgers who will look after the place.
Someone who likes a good chat, a night out etc. I have BT infinity 2 so unlimited internet included in rent. All utilities split equally. Gas is about 10 to 15 pcm, 10 for electric and water is about 10 pcm, council tax is 30 pcm.
Parking is on street, very safe and quiet. Buses are aplenty on Dereham rd. I am 15 minute walk to city or UEA. All my previous lodgers have been studying or working at UEA, handy for hospital also.
Any other need to knows, ask me. I am a hard working prof in healthcare, I am not in all the time so you will have privacy.
Deposit is one month. No couples. No DSS.
