Very quiet area, spacious room, friendly but not party type housemates. Unlimited broadband (Wi-Fi), washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, shower with separate toilet and sink room, communal spaces cleaned weekly. All included even the toilet paper, hand washing soap, washing up liquid and all the house cleaning products. Smoking only outside.
