The room is a good size and will fit a double bed plus wardrobe/draws. It's unfurnished.
There is a large shared living room which has been newly decorated. There's a sofabed in the living room and I'm happy for you to have guests - just not ones that stay forever.
The kitchen is also a good size.
Downstairs shared bathroom.
I am a live in landlord however will be working in London from January so will rarely be at the house. I am on hand though if anything needs fixing or looking at. I have good handy people around as well so will get things sorted very quickly if anything should break.
There is also a couple who live in the house in the master bedroom. They are lovely and keep themselves to themselves most of the time. Really friendly.
