URGENT: Looking for 3 housemates for next year.
We're currently a second year Law student and English Lit & Philosophy fresher.
House is just off Unthank Road (with plenty of takeaways/restaurants/pubs, Tesco, Co-Op, and a couple of booze shops among other things all within a few minutes' walk).
Takes under 15 minutes to walk into town and about the same to cycle/bus to uni.
We've got two medium sized rooms going for 275/month and a small room going for 265/month before bills, though prices can be negotiable :)
Unlike some other student houses, we have an adorable cat and three-quarter beds (just a little shy of being a full double bed) which they've only just put in the house this year!
This is urgent because our agent needs us to guarantee 5 people for next year or else they'll start advertising our house in the next week or so and we really want to keep the place!
