We have 2 double rooms to rent in our house share. Bills included: utilities (gas, electric, water), tv, internet. Lovely home, nicely decorated, caring landlords who live in the city & great location for the city and UEA.

The other housemate is a PhD student. We're ideally looking to rent out to other students.

We have 2 double rooms to let, fully furnished with:

Period of contract: 6 months minimum, rolling contract from then with 1 months notice to terminate.
Rent: Currently £375 per calendar month, per person, bills included: water, gas, electric, tv, wifi.

Month's rent as deposit.
The house is no smoking, but we have an ashtray in the garden for smokers.

Couples welcome, with a rent adjustment to £415 PCM.

Please note, non-students will be eligible for council tax which is not included in the rent.
