I have a large 3rd floor master bedroom with en suite available to rent, close to the city and local amenities. The room is part furnished, having a double bed in it and various built in wardrobes. We are a clean and friendly hold, me and rob have been friends for 6 years now, we both work in the care setting so both work shifts. I have a 4 year old very soppy german shepherd, so new tenant must like animals. We are very laid back people who like the odd night out but mainly like chilling In front of the tv.
