My current housemate is soon moving to Cambridge, so looking for someone new to move in...

- £300 / month including bills
- single occupancy
- recently renovated 3 bed hall entrance end terrace
- less than 10 minutes walk from city centre
- Virgin TV / broadband
- bi-weekly cleaner
- you can apply for a residents parking permit
- no smoking in the house, but we have a covered heated area in the garden that lends itself to smoking

- looking for someone who is simultaneously easy going and above averagely clean and tidy, a hassle free considerate housemate

- the room is good value at £300, it's a nice house in a good area...the trade off is that I expect you to really look after the place
