I am looking for someone to share my home with. I have a spacious garden that we can enjoy working on together, which we can invite friends to for BBQ's and drinks in the summer. I have two cats who love a bit of fuss on the sofa in the lounge. A kitchen that is good for cooking in and a dining table that likes being shared. Double room with the box room attached for any hobbies you wish to have your own space for.

I work a 9-5 professional life; however, enjoy going to gigs, doing Pilates, catching up with friends, pursuing hobbies and enjoying quiet time some evenings in a warm, relaxing, tidy environment. I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

Stuff that you might think is important: access to a lockable shed, Sky Internet, kitchen radio, cellar, downstairs bathroom, gas hob, double electric oven, washing machine, alcohol cupboard, permit parking (a maximum of £28 for 6months), a 2 minute walk to Dereham Road with Tesco Express and bus stops.

Current housemate is buying her own home and is due to move mid March. Rent includes all bills.
